Villa Passalacqua has been brought back to its original splendour and its ancient vocation of holiday spot. A new chapter to which we have the privilege of contributing.

The Villa as can be appreciated today was designed and built at the end of XVIIIth Cent. by the famous architect Carlo Felice Soave for the Count Andrea Lucini Passalacqua.

In 2018 the Villa has been acquired by a family originally from the Como Lake and already owner of the iconic Grand Hotel Tremezzo with the aim of reviving the splendid residence transforming it into a starred Hotel, preserving the historical memory.

The Transformation

Following a major renovation project lasted years, the XVIIIth Cent. aristocratic dwelling becomes a fairy-tale hotel.

The Villa’s 24 guest apartments are distributed in three buildings beautifully restored and surrounded by landscaped gardens that slope down to the lake.

We had the privilege to take part to the restoration of Villa Passalacqua, superb example of craftmanship and attention for details.
